A'ight, those of you who asked for fic links, eyes this way. If I didn't forget anything, this should be every fic concerning Havoc that I've written since joining this fandom, as well as every fic that I've ever posted for other fandoms in this journal. If it ain't here, it can be found using the "request drabbles" tag. Also, I beg that you heed warnings on the fics.
Thirdly, if you're more interested in drawings, hit up the "artpost" tag.

I seem to be getting hit with an influx of this psychological crap lately. Blame Gaiman.
Title: The Rabbit Hole Caving in Fandom: Marvel Pairing: Steve/Tony/Tiberius (really), Hank/Jan, familial Tony/Jan Rating: PG13 Genre: Angst, metaphysical timey-wimey stuff. Verse: 616/RP Summary: It's not real, he tells himself, but it hurts all the same to watch it all fall apart. Archive: Sure A/N: It's not required listening for reading, but I had The Last Day [Scene #156] from the Casshern movie soundtrack on repeat for almost the entire time I was writing this.

'sup, guys. I hate to ask this sort of thing, but I'm looking for some aid from you lot. No, you don't have to give me money. I've entered the "Top 40 Exhibition" competition for the Arts and Culture Alliance, and it basically runs like this:
-people pick works they like from the options - people email their top ten picks - the 40 with the most votes are put in a gallery for viewing and sale
More explanation here: Top 40
So what I am asking y'all for is votes. I've entered two pieces, and I would love to be able to show, possibly even sell either of them, and for that, I need you. My entered works are
#22 = Serenity (which some of you saw in my BFA show) and #113 = Last Picked to Dance
So, what say you? Can I have one or two pieces in your ten? Please?

::drums nails on laptop casing:: Well, fuckity. Three fics staring at me from Deepest Sender, and I seem to have hit walls on all of them. And I just realized I haven't worked on any of my FMA challenges or arcs since... what, October or previous?
God, I'm fandom useless lately.

I think it's appropriate that my first (slightly tipsy) post of the new year be made on the new laptop I spent the evening getting up and running to my liking, don't you?
Oh my God, y'all, my new baby's awesome. She runs so fast, it's nuts.
And for the ones wondering when the hell I'm going to get off my ass and start ficcing again, that would be after I've finished going through all my stuff for spring cleaning purposes.

More videos, just because I can.
A little backstory. When I was little, first learning to walk and talk, I was obsessed with Winnie the Pooh. I'd had a stuffed Pooh Bear since I was born (still have him, actually), and the quickest way to shut me up was to put a VHS of "The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh" episodes my mother had taped off TV in. My maternal grandmother will swear on a stack of Bibles that the first word she ever heard me say was "Rewind!", so I could re-watch them all. I ended up wearing that tape to worthless.
I haven't seen the show since it got cancelled and went into reruns (then vanished off TV entirely), but I still remember the three episodes I loved the most. And number one was "Find Her, Keep Her". As a toddler, I didn't really understand the point, I just thought Kessie was the most adorable thing ever. But now, having been to high school and college, I understand why Mama always cried when she watched the episode with me. And so I share it with all of you.
The sound and the video don't quite match up because of a skip in the files, but it's still easy to follow everything.

Because everyone should see some of this lady's awesome, since I already ranted about her passing.

HOLY SHIT WHAT.
Oh my God. No, no, no. I loved her as a kid. I made my mom buy the really wide headbands so I could wear them like her Catwoman did. She was the best thing in all of "The Emperor's New Groove".
Dammit, 2008, end already so you'll quit stealing the awesome ones.

Dorky bit from a RP that I should probably turn into a picture.
"So what's their story?" "Who, Stark and Van Dyne?" "Yeah. I mean, I've heard all the rumors..." "Well, if you believe that, they're the most torrid on-off romance of modern times." "With that wording, I'm assuming it's not true." "Nope. They've just been gleefully poking gullible tabloids with a stick since they were old enough for people to assume things."

Believe in yourself. You are a talented, intelligent, beautiful woman. Believe in those talents and abilities. Even when those around you have doubt, believe in yourself.
Believe in your mom and dad. They have loved you and cared for you long before you took your first breath in the outside world. They may not always meet your expectations, but they are always there.
Believe in your friends. They may let you down. They may not always support your hopes and dreams. Believe anyway, in spite of the letdowns, because the only other option is a lonely existence.
Believe in your family. Your grandmothers, uncles, and aunts have a great love and respect for you and your abilities. Your grandfathers are watching you succeed from above. Always know you can call on them when times seem dark.
Believe in the One who first believed in you. Although there may come a time when friends and family will let you down, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are always there.
You've made it this far, and you can make it farther.
We're proud of you, and we love you.

Now that classes are over, that means FANART. Over on the cap_ironman comm, there's a fabulous fic called The Iron Beast by kijikun that's basically a steampunk retelling of Beauty and the Beast using Marvel characters. As a fair number of you know, I'm a total nerd for the genre, so when the writer described a clockwork Pepper, I immediately went to thoughts of Tinka and Moxana, the Storm King Muses from Girl Genius. Can't draw in Phil Foglio's style, so I didn't even really try. XD But here we have Clockwork!Pepper with her body design patterned off the Muses, and apologies for the slightly wonky photo:
